How often do you clean?

We offer a 1 or 2 monthly window cleaning cleaning schedule.

 

Do you contact us to tell us when you are coming to clean?

As you can imagine to call all our loyal customers can be very time consuming, we find it works very well if we call on a scheduled date, if the customer is not in we leave a pay slip with an addressed envelope and we even issue a postage stamp for your convenience.

If this method is not possible then we can contact you 24 hours before we arrive either by SMS text message to your mobile or by email.

How do you gain access to the rear of my home if im not in?

We will discuss this with you.

We are more than welcome to use a U-Ladder in which will allow us to gain rear access to your property

90% of our residential customers are more than happy to have it done this way because it allows the customer to not have to worry about unlocking and organising entry and can have there windows cleaning hastle free each visit.

If you are not happy with the above you can let us have a spare key for safe keeping or we can put you on our database to recieve a text the day before your clean

Do you need water or electricity from my home?

No we do not. Our vehicles are completely self contained and provide all the  pure water required at your home.

Can you clean conservatories as well?

Yes, we specialise in this and it can be included in your monthly clean. The first clean for a conservatory without a tiled roof will be quoted for separately.

What happens if I move?

We will be happy to transfer your cleaning contract to your new home. If we do not cover that area we will be sorry to see you go and we will cancel your contract immediately.

 

Why do you leave my windows wet after cleaning, my previous window cleaner dried them?

Because of the advance in technology and our "Pure Water" system, the water we leave will dry without leaving marks.

The water we used is purified through a water purifier located in our work vans, the Pure Water cleans in an amazing way and dries to an incredible finish!

Why dont you just use a ladder to reach the windows?

Do you clean the frames and cells?

 

Yes! To us the frames and cells are part of the window and are included in the price.

We find we can achieve a better result than conventional methods as the brushes we use are water fed and very soft thus do not scratch or ground the dirt into the frame work leaving your frames good as new.

Will your cleaning solution damage my garden?

We clean without chemicals and hence it is 100% environmentally safe.

Can you clean at specified times?

We will do our best to accommodate when possible. Please remember that to keep our prices down we must clean in the most logical and economical route. Because the British weather can occasionally stop us we may be cleaning during any daylight hours 5 days a week to ensure all customers are serviced.

Can you clean in any weather?

We can clean in all conditions except torrential rain and very high winds. The rain has little effect on the cleaning and all dirt is still removed. It might rain as soon as we have left but your windows and frames will still be clean. Any pure water left on your windows will actually dilute the rain water and stop it leaving marks. Even in the winter we can clean because we heat the water. In icy conditions we leave a de-icer on the floor to stop our water freezing. Cleaning after snow is always important as snow attracts dirt especially to sills and frames.

Hard to reach windows?

Loft conversions, windows above conservatories and three story houses all present problems for the traditional window cleaner. Aqua-reach can reach all of these places without the need for ladders using extendable carbon fibre Pure Water Delivery Brushes. They gently clean the windows without the risk of damage to gutters and roofs from leaning ladders.
